Clay Bradley is the President and CEO of Colter Energy Limited Partnership. Clay sets the company’s strategic direction, short- and long-term objectives and is accountable for the overall operations, company growth, and financial performance.
Clay has over 25 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and founded Colter Energy in 2003. He’s guided its’ growth from a small oilfield rental company to an international organization with more than 400 employees with operations spanning across North America.
Clay’s leadership style and professional integrity empower and guide his team to live by the company’s core values.
Vice President, Operations–Canada
Brad Znak is the Vice President of Operations for Colter Energy Services. He has been with Colter since 2012 and is responsible for all Canadian operations assuring customer satisfaction at all levels.
Brad’s 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry include field operations, sales, and management roles at various oil and gas service companies. Over the years, Brad has had a successful track record contributing to the overall success of start-up service companies that later evolved into Tier 1 Canadian production testing operations.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Wade is the Chief Financial Officer for Colter Energy since September 2013. Kevin has over 25 years of financial and accounting experience including several years in senior positions with large public companies. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
Vice President, Operations-USA
Jason Brooks is the Vice President of Operations for Colter Energy Services. He has worked with Colter since 2012 in many different capacities. Today, Jason is responsible for US operations, assuring customer satisfaction at all levels.
Jason has over 18 years of operational, safety, and management experience, including several years in a training and development position with a large public company. Jason holds a Journeyman’s certificate in Well Testing Supervision, attended the University of Alberta for Occupational Health and Safety, and is a Canadian Society of Safety Engineering member.
Vice President, Sales-North America
John Badduke is the Vice President of Sales for North America and has worked with Colter Energy since 2013. John is responsible for business development activities, including implementing and monitoring long-term sales goals designed to meet the company’s strategic objectives and targeted business results.
John’s 15 years of experience in the energy sector include field operations and wireline and production testing sales.
Prior to John’s oil and gas career, he played professional hockey for 15 years. He was signed with the Vancouver Canucks and played with the AHL farm team in Syracuse, NY. John was a senior volunteer firefighter in High River, AB., for 11 years and served on the frontlines of the devastating 2013 floods and the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfires. John is committed to improving the situation of children without adequate family care by traveling to Tanzania on numerous occasions to work in orphanages.
Manager, Human Resources & Administration
Carrie Kleppe is the Manager of Payroll & Human Resources for Canadian and US Operations. She has worked with Colter since 2003 and has held various positions, including Administrative Manager, Accounting Manager, and Payroll Manager. Carrie has been instrumental in developing Colter policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
Carrie has over 25 years of experience with payroll processing in various industries, including oil & gas, medical, event management, safety, and engineering. She has completed Payroll Management training with the Canadian Payroll Association and various US and Canadian payroll courses. Carrie is currently a CPHR Candidate.
